The classrooms are spacious, well lit and well ventilated. Every room is provided with classroom resources. Facilities provided in every class room:

• Proper ventilation with sufficient natural light.
• Notice board — 3(number) decorated by students monthly on the topic of moral science and different positive thoughts.
• Sufficient cup-boards — to keep home work and class work note books.

CND has a well stocked library for Primary, Middle & High school students. The library and the reading room are well lit and ventilated.

We strive to learn beyond mere facts and statistics to acquire forms that will definitely be an aid to us in life. Children of the New Dawn has always laid stress on developing comprehension, analytical powers, and the honing of one’s creative and critical abilities. The library acts as a great stimulating agent, offering articles, data, and anecdotes on topics as diverse as possible. It is an absolute paradise for book-lovers. Managed exceptionally well by Mr. Dhananjay Oraon, the ambience of the library has an innate ability to motivate youngsters to learn and broaden their perspective. It has encouraged us to dream and work tirelessly and has taught us that learning is not just limited to mechanical classroom teaching methods but it can also be real fun.

A scientific temperament is nurtured through fully equipped and suitably designed labs for Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Qualified teachers and lab assistant manage the labs.

A well-equipped, efficient and spacious Physics lab is accessible to all students from classes IX to X. With the minimum capacity of 40-45 students, the lab has a strong room and a darkroom where all the apparatus and equipment are stored. The students, under the guidance of their Physics teacher and the lab assistants, perform a range of experiments to grab a better understanding of their lessons.

A properly ventilated Chemistry lab provides for all the needs of the various students of classes IX to X, where, they can perform a variety of experiments in groups of maximum 35 students. The lab is equipped with lockers, reagent bottle shelves on the desks, distilled water, fume chamber and a petrol gas plant (LPG cylinder is used during emergencies). A storage room, well stocked with chemicals, apparatus and a number of charts required for different classes is present, and under the expert supervision of the lab assistant and the Chemistry teacher.

An efficient Biology lab with a number of specimens according to different phylum, permanent slides, three-dimensional models, charts and reagent shelves is present in the school. The students, in groups of a minimum of 35, can perform the corresponding experiments under the knowledgeable guidance of the Biology teacher and the lab assistant, and make their theoretical lessons all the more fruitful with hands-on experiment

CND has a Computer lab for the Primary, Middle & High school students to enhance their computer skills.
